Enjoy 20 min of gentle breathing and tapping techniques designed to release tension and stress and keep you balance throughout the seasons! The final 30 minutes is dedicated to a gentle, mindfulness, Guided Meditation.
Enjoy a full one hour class where you can release, let go, relax and enjoy pure peace.

How to prepare for class?
Feel free to sit OR lay down. Find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. You may wish to light a candle, diffuse some essential oils or dim the lights. Make your space inviting, relaxing and comfortable. Use may use a yoga mat, a towel or blanket to lay down on. You may wish to have a pillow and blanket handy also.
A glass or bottle of water, to keep you hydrated.

What do you bring to class?
Mats, pillows and blankets are provided in our weekly classes.
Bring a bottle of water and towel. Try to be hydrated before class.
